  • Researchers have said that yoga and meditation are one of the top practices for reducing stress and anxiety.
  • From all the lengthening, deep breathing, proper alignment and stress reduction, yoga gives you more of an overall increased energy level.  It allows more oxygen into your lungs and blood while massaging the internal organs that get rid of toxins inside the system.
