Jessica has already begun to help me see where I've been tripped up in the past with goals or improvements in my life. Her coaching has unveiled how I don't pursue any goals because of some fundamental messages (i.e. lies) that I've believed for some time which hold me back. Instead, she is guiding me to figure out what I want, where I am currently, and find tangible ways to move my life forward. Without this coaching, I'm confident that I would have woken up five to 15 years from now and felt that I was in the exact same place. I don't want that result.
