Guess what?! I’m writing to you from thousands of feet in the air—no distractions, no internet, just me, the clouds, and God. There's something about this quiet space up here that gets my creative juices flowing! I used to joke that maybe it’s because I’m closer to God up here (ha!)—but, of course, He’s always with us, just a little reminder.

Any guesses where I’m headed?

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on so many conversations with friends, clients, and even strangers about how we all crave to be better friends, siblings, parents, leaders, partners…you name it! But here’s the thing—there’s no magic formula. It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s a holistic journey, shaped by our experiences, values, and the people around us.

My brother has this saying that I love, “Perception is your reality.” Isn’t that so true? We’re all living in our own realities, shaped by our unique perspectives and backgrounds. And to really grow into the best versions of ourselves, we need clarity—real clarity—about who we are and who we want to become.

Imagine taking three days to dive deep, just outside the beautiful hills of Santa Barbara, CA on the water. We’re gathering to unpack what it means to be all those roles we cherish: the friend, the leader, the sibling, the parent, and so on. Whether you’re in relationships or community in any form, this time is for YOU.
